Capital Cooling has announces a 25% turnover increase

Refrigeration solutions company Capital Cooling has announced a 25% increase in turnover – up from £7.2m to £9m - for the first half of 2010.

Green technology and environmentally friendly refrigeration are said to be major factors to the increase. Capital Cooling have committed financially to having 12 products from the Troy Integral Multideck range tested and approved for the Carbon Trust’s Energy Technology List.

Products on the technology list qualify for the Enhanced Capital Allowance scheme where companies can claim back 100% tax relief in the first year.

Alister McLean, Capital managing director, says: “These additional products will enhance our already successful brand. In addition our national reactive service and maintenance centre continues to flourish and we are on target to attend and complete circa 55,000 calls before the end of the year.

“With the addition of Capital Coldrooms to our business we are now able to offer an internal resource as a national repair and build service for cold and freezer room structures.”
