Daikin grows sales network with dealership expansion
Daikin UK has expanded its national sales network after signing up five dealers, which it claims will compliment its direct sales and wholesaler routes to market.
The company says the network of dealers will provide customers with a greater choice of purchasing points around the country for the Daikin UK product range.
From the 1st November the following companies will be actively promoting and supplying the Daikin Split, Sky, VRV & VAM product ranges:
· Freedom Air Conditioning
· Gallant Air Conditioning
· ICG Air Conditioning
· Smiths Brothers Stores Ltd
· Ultimate Air Ltd, Godstone.
Andrew McCubbin, Daikin UK Marketing Manager, says: “We have selected these companies with which to work in partnership, because they have excellent track records and relationships within the industry, ensuring they share the high standards for which Daikin is known.”
The dealers will be free to operate nationwide, rather than operating within defined regional territories, however it is anticipated that the dealers will be selling Daikin products within their existing customer base, so some will have a more regional focus, while others will be competing further afield. It is anticipated that the move will increase both market share and volume of sales for Daikin UK.
