EcoCool conference details announced
EcoCool, the conference on energy efficiency in refrigeration and air conditioning systems organised by the European Partnership for Energy and the Environment, is to be held on 16th September in Budapest.
Organised in conjunction with the Hungarian trade bodies HKVSZ and MKT, the event will open with comment from the European Commission and the Hungarian Government on their priorities and goals regarding energy efficiency and reducing emissions in refrigeration and air conditioning.
The second part is dedicated to technical topics, looking at solutions to decrease the carbon footprint of supermarkets and features a presentation of an eco efficiency study carried out by the British consultancy SKM Enviros. Additional topics will include domestic refrigeration, building technology and heat pumps.
