ISA to distribute through dealers
ISA, supplier of refrigerated display cabinets for retail and catering operations, has announced it will only be distributing its products through its dealership network
ISA’s Global Account Director Stephen Baldock explains: “Since ISA (UK) was established in 1999 we have built a strong position for the ISA and Tasselli brands.”
“We have achieved this partly by supplying products and services directly to our end-users, but a significant proportion of our business has always been directed through our dealers.”
“We recognise the value these dealers have always offered end-users - local service, vast experience, complementary products - and believe that by giving the dealers direct access to the Italian factory will serve to further benefit those end-users.”
According to the company the dealers have been chosen for their speciality and expertise in particular market sectors, and are located throughout the UK, operating in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
As well as supplying the full range of ISA and Tasselli equipment, the dealers will offer a range of additional products, spares and services, including technical support, system design, installation, commissioning and maintenance.
The dealers will also sub-distribute to other trade customers.
Out of warranty spares will be supplied through Taylor Company UK.
ISA Commercial Refrigeration (UK) Ltd, known as ISA (UK), will continue to operate as a marketing office for the ISA and Tasselli brands in the UK, and as a support service for the dealer network.
