Morrisons and Arctic Circle team up on refrigeration tech centre
The supermarket chain Morrisons has collaborated with Arctic Circle on a new Refrigeration Technology Centre.
Set to open in late September the facility, based in Hereford, will also provide practical training for engineers.
Colin Coe, Morrisons refrigeration manager, said: “This centre will allow us to independently assess the technology’s and components to get a clear indication of their performance and practicality.
“We have reservations regarding some manufacturers’ efficiency claims and wanted a facility where we could establish the facts.”
