How do I add you to my safe senders list?

Why take out a print subscription to RAC?

RAC is the leading monthly journal for the refrigeration and air conditioning industry. Each issue keeps you on top of all the latest news, views, moves and events that matter. The magazine comes combined with H&V News, which covers the entire heating, ventilation and air conditioning sector.

How much is a subscription?

A subscription to RAC is free.

What’s included in the subscription price?

A subscription includes the monthly H&V News incorporating RAC print magazine, as well as unrestricted access to hvnplus.co.uk and racplus.com.

Can I order a subscription for delivery to an address outside the UK?

Yes. But as the magazine is despatched from the UK, the subscription price is higher to cover the additional delivery costs. The latest overseas prices can be found on the subscription order form.

Can I order more than one subscription?

Yes, but if ordering online, you must complete a separate order for each magazine subscription you require. Alternatively please place your order via phone, email, fax or post.

How do you acknowledge receipt of my order?

Once you complete the form to request to join our circulation, you’ll receive a confirmation email within 48 hours to let you know that your request has been received.

When will my first issue arrive?

Your order acknowledgement will confirm details of the first issue you will be sent. This is normally within 14 days of placing your order.

What do you do with my personal information?

We use the personal information you provide such as your name, address, email address and credit card details to process your subscription order. We may also ask you about your profile and interest areas, and whether you are interested in receiving details of other services provided by EMAP Publishing Limited (the publisher of RAC) and/or those of third parties which may be of interest to you. If I’m giving a gift subscription, do you send anything to the recipient?

Yes. If you place your order online you can choose if you’d like us to send an electronic gift card to your friend/colleague – this can be sent immediately or on a date of your choice. If you place your order over the phone, via fax, email or post, we will send you a card and envelope in your order acknowledgement letter so you can write a personal message and send it on to the recipient.

How do I renew my subscription?

You can renew online by logging in here. You will need to have your 10 digit subscriber number to access your account – this is used to identify both you and your subscription. Alternatively we will send you a subscription renewal notification before the end of your subscription either via email or mail – or you may receive a telephone call. Simply complete the form and send us the appropriate payment. Or you can renew directly via phone, email, fax or post.

How do I renew my subscription?

Once you’ve joined our circulation, you will receive the magazine for free for 3 years. After 3 years your subscription will expire, but we’ll get in touch to let you know and ask you to fill out the registration form again to receive it for another 3 years. This is so we can update any of your details that have changed.

How do I change my address?

You can change your address online by logging in here You will need to have your 10 digit subscriber number to access your account – this is used to identify both you and your subscription. Alternatively please contact us via phone, email, fax or post.

What if an issue doesn’t arrive?

Simply contact the print subscription customer services team and they will check we have your correct address details and arrange for a replacement copy to be sent to you.

What if my magazine arrives damaged?

What is my subscriber number?

Your subscriber number is a 10 digit number that is used to identify both you and your subscription. It can be found on any email or written correspondence that we have sent you or on the wrapper/label on your subscription copy. If you cannot find it, please contact print subscription customer services.

Can I cancel my subscription?

We hope you are happy with your subscription. However, if you are dissatisfied in any way, please contact help@subscribe.racplus.com who will unsubscribe you.

How do I add you to my safe senders list?

If you need help adding us to your safe senders list, ensuring our emails are delivered to you inbox every time, just select your email client from the list of popular clients below and follow the instructions.

Outlook 2003/2007

1. In the Tools menu, click 'Options'.

2. On the Preferences tab, click 'Junk E-mail'.

3. On the Safe Senders tab, click 'Add'.

4. In the 'Add address', put in our email address.

5. Click 'OK'.

Hotmail

1. In the top-right hand corner, click 'Options', then 'More Options...'

2. Under 'Preventing Junk Mail', click 'Safe and 'Blocked Senders'

3. Click 'Safe Senders'

4. Insert our From address and click 'Add to list'

Yahoo! Mail

1. In the top-right hand corner, click 'Options', then 'More Options...'

2. In the left-hand menu, select 'Filters'

3. Click 'Add Filter'

4. Give the filter a name, then in the 'Sender' box, insert our From address

5. From the 'Move to folder' dropdown menu, select 'Inbox'

6. Click 'Save changes'

Gmail

1. Click Contacts along the left side of any Gmail page.

2. Click 'Add to 'My Contacts''.

3. Copy and paste our from address into the primary email address dialog box.

4. Hit 'Enter'.

AOL

1. Click the Mail menu and select Address Book.

2. Wait for the 'Address Book' window to pop up, then click the 'Add' button.

3. Wait for the 'Address Card for New Contact' window to load.

4. Paste our From address into the "Other E-Mail" field.

5. Make our From address the "Primary E-Mail" address by checking the associated check box.

6. Click the Save button.
