New leadership team announced for Climate Center and Pipe Center

Pipe Center and Climate Center have announced a new leadership team as part of its growth strategy.

The new structure, announced by managing director Lee Jon Newman, forms part of the company’s ambitious growth agenda and is also aligned with its strategy to deliver outstanding customer service via its network of branches across the UK.

With Lee at its head, the leadership team comprises Kevin Hartshorne, sales director; Geoff Stone, national accounts director; Andy McEwan, commercial director, David Beattie, sourcing director; Iain Mills, Scotland director; finance director, Richard Jones; and Chris Banner in the newly created role of branch director.

Mr Newman said: “The new structure is designed with customers in mind, putting them at the heart of our business and positioning us to take advantage of the growth opportunities I believe will arise.

“I am delighted that Pipe Center and Climate Center’s new leadership team includes several senior managers from the business with many years’ service, deployed in new roles, plus talented people from the wider Wolseley family and outside the business.

“I am confident that the new team contains the right balance of industry experience, fresh thinking, energy and ideas, and we are looking forward to working with customers and suppliers to deliver an even better result for clients”.

He added: “It is an exciting time to be part of the industry. As we emerge from a challenging couple of years, I am very optimistic for the future.”
