Excitement builds for Cooling Awards 2018, as more firms sign up to join the party

The Cooling Awards is shaping up to be a real celebration of achievement, as Smith Brothers Stores, Panasonic and Carter Synergy are announced as latest sponsors and supporters

The industry is gearing up for a bumper Cooling Awards on September 26, as new sponsors and supporters have signed up to back the biggest celebration of achievement in the business.

Wholesaler Smith Brothers Stores makes its debut as a category sponsor at Cooling. The firm, which has 14 depots up and down the country,  has chosen Cooling18 to draw industry attention to its expanding air conditioning services. Smith Brothers will be sponsoring Building Energy Project of the Year.

Marketing manager Adrian Smith said: ”Smith Brothers continues to expand, with the support of Daikin, offering customers stock availability which we believe is second to none. We have recently recruited specialist ancillary staff to support our Daikin sales, and we felt it was a great opportunity to tangibly show our commitment to the industry by supporting the Cooling Awards in September.”

Also signing up  is Panasonic Air Conditioning, which returns to the Awards as a Supporting Sponsor, and contractor Carter Synergy, which joins the roster of Supporters for National Student of the Year.

The 2018 Cooling Awards have seen record entries, so the signs are good that September 26 will see a big audience, coming together to celebrate a year of achievement in the industry.
