Integral expands into industrial refrigeration with ex-GEA directors at the helm

Former md of GEA Refrigeration David Bostock becomes divisional director, as Integral seeks industrial and HVAC opportunities

Integral UK has expanded into the industrial refrigeration and HVAC sectors. The company already claims to be the largest independently owned Mechanical, Electrical and Fabric property maintenance provider in the UK,

Bryan Glastonbury, managing director of Integral (pictured back row, middle) said: “We have listened to users in the industrial refrigeration market who require a quality service.  Our response has been to broaden and extend our refrigeration capabilities in this area. We are delighted to have attracted a team of the highest calibre.”

The company has appointed David Bostock (pictured front row middle), the former managing director of GEA Refrigeration, and current chairman of refrigeration umbrella body ACRIB to head the division. At the same time, Integral has appointed fellow GEA directors Graham Young, and Adam Bowey to be divisional sales and projects director respectively. Martin Mitchell joins as the division’s service director.

Mr Bostock said: “I am delighted to have joined such a modern forward looking company, one that values engineering excellence and innovation, while retaining traditional values of integrity and exceptional customer service”

Integral said it can now offer full in-house design, installation and expand the aftersales service of industrial refrigeration systems, while in addition to the traditional industrial market, we can also offer the same expertise to users of industrial HVAC systems.

Graham Young said: “Being truly independent and not attached to any one manufacturer means that we are unrestricted in being able to select the best plant for the customer’s application and budget.”

Martin Mitchell added: “The addition of the Industrial HVAC capabilities really does broaden our reach to include the whole industrial and manufacturing  sector including critical environments such as  data centre, pharmaceutical , scientific ,and clean room applications together with supporting the food production sector.

Integral now has ‘over 100 dedicated, qualified RAC engineers’ across all UK regions, in 16 office locations.
