Jersey AC company administration results in 37 job losses

A total of 37 employees have lost their jobs as Air Conditioning Jersey Ltd goes into administration, with staff claimed to be owed wages.

The company, which is based at New Street in Jersey and has been in business for decades, provides air conditioning, building and commercial plumbing and heating services.

Social Security Minister Francis Le Gresley confirmed that 37 jobs had been lost at Air Conditioning Jerse Ltd and said his department was now working with the employees affected.
