Mitie has extended its facilities management deal with Lloyds Group in a move that will see the firm provide services until the end of 2022.
According to Construction News, Mitie has delivered integrated FM for Lloyds Banking Group for the past two years, as part of a five-year contract that commenced in 2012. The new agreement extends this partnership for the next eight years.
Mitie will continue to provide integrated FM across the bank’s UK branch and office estate as well as energy management, business process outsourcing and data management services.
Ruby McGregor-Smith, chief executive of Mitie, said: “We are delighted to be further building on our partnership with Lloyds Banking Group and to be delivering them world-class outsourcing services for the next eight years.
“This is one of the biggest private sector facilities management contracts of its type and is a great example of two organisations working collaboratively.”
