RAC Magazine October digital issue is online now

This month, RAC magazine looks at a new survey launched by the IOR’s Women in RACHP Network to consider how best to close the gender gap in the cooling sector

A new survey looking to better understand attitudes towards women in the cooling sector, and how the industry can be made more appealing to a wider number of people with different backgrounds has been launched.

The survey has been established by the Institute of Refrigeration’s (IOR’s) Women in RACHP Network to get an industry-wide picture about closing the gender gap and ensuring the industry can better meet the needs of its workforce.

The issue also looks at Asda’s claims of having a ‘world first’ retail solution making use of low GWP HFOs. The issue also comes with an in-depth look at the winning initiatives and innovations from the RAC Cooling Industry Awards that were held late last month.

The online edition of the magazine can be read here, or by clicking on the image below. It is possible to sign up for the free monthly print edition of the magazine here.
