Refrigeration stalwart ditches 'tache for charity

After more than three decades in the refrigeration business Mike Coult has decided it’s time to dispense with his beard and moustache of 36 years…all in the name of charity of course.

This split in the relationship is part of the Movember project, which involves the growing of a moustache for charity during the month of November

Currently an Engineering Manager at Oaksmere Refrigeration and Design, Mike’s fruitful career has also included spells at British Steel and Honeywell/Lincold

Mike said: “I am offering the industry the ‘once in a lifetime opportunity’ to support me in opening up my facial features and to view Mike Coult without a facefull of hair.

“The history to date is - it went on at 17 came off momentarily at 20 and has been ever present for the last 36 years.  The company charity is Prostrate Cancer but I would wish to split any sponsorship between this nominated charity and a donation to Dylans dream - a local Scunthorpe 5 year old with Cerebral Palsy whose family are trying to raise £50,000 for an operation in America to help him walk please take a few moments of your valuable time to look at www.dylansdream.co.uk .”

“As most of you know I am not a great believer in begging letters and please feel free to disregard this note should you wish. I have aimed this note at people who know me well and are principles within there companies, If you feel that others would be interested please help with any promoting.”

Mike will be de-robed on Tues 23rd November. Anybody who registers their support will receive a full set of before and after photo’s and subsequent grow back.
