‘Business as usual’ for UK’s biggest refrigeration contractor after Space Engineering announces the departure of managing director.
Space Engineering’s managing director Dean Frost has left the company to pursue other interests and opportunities.
Dale Nouch and Mark Woods have taken operational charge of the business as joint MD, reporting to co-owner and executive chairman Rick Taylor.
The £100 million turnover contractor has enjoyed steady growth in recent years with expansion into eastern and then western Europe with a number of major supermarkets.
In the last year, the diverse contractor has also looked to strengthen and further expand its established M+E offer, including the installation of biomass heating. It has also made major investments in natural refrigeration, particularly in CO2 plant production.
The Bristol based firm, which has won RAC Contractor of the Year two years running at the Cooling Industry Awards, says it is business as usual for customers, which include the majority of major supermarkets, alongside High Street retailers, and food manufacturers as the company celebrates its 25th Anniversary this year.
