Company has announced plans to better react to needs of clients across the cooling and heating sectors following a recent change in leadership
Cooling and heating equipment supplier SPC has announced its intention to launch a range of new efficiency initiatives, products and processes over the next two years following a change in ownership.
SPC, which manufacturers heating and cooling coils, trench heaters, fan convectors and radiant panels, as well as air curtains and heat pipes, is now being led by Steve Gage, who served as the private company’s sales director for three years.
Mr Gage has been appointed as the company’s managing director as a result of a buy-out that was completed last month, with fresh investment being made to focus on pushing new products and services to the market.
He said that the investment plan was important to better react to client needs as quickly as possible
Mr Gage added, “Over the next two years we will be launching many new products, processes and efficiency initiatives that will deliver the change we know our clients demand and that will set us apart from the competition.”
“We also strongly believe that supporting, nurturing and developing our employees will enable us to look after our customer better than anyone else in our field”.
SPC has also made a number of changes to key roles following on from the buy-out of the company.
Former southern regional manager Jeremy Davies will now become sales director after three years in his previous role. Jeremy Allen, previously an equity analyst specialising in business advisory and constancy projects, has meanwhile been appointed SPC chairman as part of the same shake-up.
